We undertake a large volume of smaller alterations, which often lead to much larger projects. These tend to be
in the Luxury residential sector where clients want things done properly and where we can add value to the overall

Repairs to fire and subsidence damage buildings – mainly residential buildings but some commercial. Much of our
works requires a familiarity with period buildings and older construction methods.

for Soku Gas Plant consisting of excavation of unsuitable material and sand filling to a level of 4.5m well above high
tidal water level (+2.8m), provision of shore protection works (sheet piling) 374m long along sego creek, helicopter
landing pad with associated air waiting building, piled slot ramp 18m wide by 40m long, quay (wharf), floating jetty,
fire sunction pit, industrial and estate roads, water treatment facilities, sewage treatment facilities, fuel dispensing
station, incinerator building, generator house, electrical, mechanical & telecommunication services.

Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Port-Harcourt
Detailed engineering design of Accommodation and related facilities for Soku Gas Plant consisting of 4Nos. 4 Chalet
blocks, 10Nos. 8 chalet blocks, laundry building, mess hall, recreation building, production building, maintenances
building, telecommunication building and tower and chemical building.

Covenant University Ota, Ogun State
Detailed engineering design of civil and infrastructural facilities within the university complex. Structural design
and site supervision of construction works for Senior Staff Quarters, Junior Staff Quarters and Student Hostels,
Multi-Purpose Hall, Civil engineering Laboratory, Senate Building, Day Primary & Secondary, Guest House/Chalets
including the access roads and drainage servicing these structures

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints – LDS Aba Nigeria Temple
Detailed engineering design of the estate road, car parks, drainage and related infrastructures within the site.

Luxury Apartment Building at Ikoyi, Victoria Island & Lekki, Lagos
Detailed structural engineering design & site supervision of main buildings and civil design of external works for such
structures. We also undertook the site supervision of construction of the projects.

West African Portland Cement Company (WAPCO) Plc Ewekoro
Engineering design and construction supervision of new cement production line for WAPCO Plc, a member of Lafarge
Group. Work include detailed civil engineering design for bulk earthworks, road network, equipment plinth, earth
retaining structures as well as drainage network.

Lagos Lagoon Shoreline Protection Works
The project entailed the design and erection of concrete / steel sheet piles, capping beams as well as grouted columns.
Also included in the package were the provision of hard standing areas and general reinstatement of the collapsed
retaining and drainage structures bordering the Lagos Lagoon from Marina to Bonny Camp.
